NDIS support to stay connected and active across Sydney, plus therapy to build everyday skills and confidence.
Get Connected, Build Skills, Grow Confidence
A full life happens out in the world and through steady progress on your goals. We support participants across Sydney to take part in their community and to access therapy that builds real, everyday skills. Both are about the same thing: more independence and more confidence, on your terms.
Community Access and Recreational Activities
Staying connected matters. We support you to get out, take part in the activities you enjoy, and meet people, at a pace that suits you. That might be a local club, a class, a sport, or regular outings to places you like. The focus is building your confidence, so social situations feel easy rather than stressful.
This can include:
- Support to take part in clubs, classes, groups and events
- Sport, hobbies and recreation
- Outings to places and activities you enjoy
- Building confidence in social settings
- Support to try something new and meet people
Who it’s for:
People who want a fuller social life and support to take part in their community.
How it works:
Connection builds confidence, and confidence builds independence. Regular participation keeps both growing.
Therapy
Sometimes you need extra help to manage daily life and reach your goals. We offer occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychological support, tailored to what you need most. Our therapists work with you step by step to build skills, improve communication, and grow your confidence.
This can include:
- Occupational therapy to build daily living skills
- Speech therapy to support communication
- Psychological support for wellbeing and coping
- Goals set, tracked and reviewed with you
- A plan that adapts as you progress
Who it’s for:
Participants working towards greater independence, clearer communication, or improved wellbeing.
How it works:
We start with your goals, build a plan around them, and review progress with you so the support stays useful.
